Workshop: Incarnational Method

In the Incarnational Method resource, we explore Jesus’ method of formation and how Jesus inducts his disciples into a shared humanity. We also explore the implications of this methodology for a Community in Mission that wants to create cities of peace for all people where everyone belongs.

In this workshop, we will spend our time together in conversation and application in your context. Namely, we will explore Jesus’ method of formation and how Jesus inducts his disciples into a shared humanity, and how we can make this come alive in the communities we serve.

Before the workshop, please complete the following:

– If you have not already, please watch the Workshop Introduction video

As you read and listen to the items listed above, here are a few questions to keep in mind that we will be reflecting on together at the workshop:
– What new ideas come to mind? What questions do you have?
– How have you been formed?
– How could the incarnational method transform the communities you serve?

After the workshop, we encourage you to complete the corresponding online course: Introduction to the Incarnational Method. The online course is self-paced and includes recorded videos and reflection questions.
