{Workshop} Incarnational Framework: The Evaluative Task of a CiM

This workshop is focused on Chapter 5 of See.Do.Be.Free.: A Field Guide for Becoming a Community in Mission. 

In this workshop, we will focus on the evaluative task of a Community in Mission. We will consider the underlying questions regarding Jesus’s way of seeing, doing and being, and how it frees us to love and serve. We see the Incarnational Framework as a way of reflecting on each of our CiM’s efforts to live out its dream. The Incarnational Framework uses a simple rule of thumb that is easy to remember: See. Do. Be. Free. It helps leadership get to the incarnational heart of things quickly. It allows us to tell ourselves the truth about God, ourselves, and our call to love the world. In this sense, it invites us to measure what matters. 

This workshop is an important conversation for those who want to create cities of peace for all people as modeled by Jesus. 

We will be joined by guest speaker Sarah Moore. Sarah is the co-founder of Beyond Data, Senior Fellow for Applied Research at Street Psalms, and Professor Emerita at the University of Puget Sound. She joined the Department of Psychology in 1993 and has taught courses in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Applied Psychological Measurement and Statistics.

There will be time for small and large group conversation.  

Before the workshop, please complete the following:
